Terminology

Reading some of my rants, i noticed that some abbreviations and maybe even some terms (hence the title terminology) could be misinterpreted. This section is to clarify any and all possible confusions.

ToTW: no its not torment of the weak, it stands for Topic of the Week.

QQ: its a couple of crying eyes.

DPS: Damage per Second.

DD: not double d’s, it stands for damage dealers, a term used in aion instead of dps.

Noob, newb, noobie, n00b, nOOb, newbie, etc and all other variants: term referring to any new player, or even unskilled player, may also be used as an insult meaning a person lacks skills.

DKP: known as dragon kill points, it was a system (is to many still) to award rewards based on attendance, performance, and boss kills (hence the dragon kill points)
